I specialize in prenatal massage and deeply relaxing, intuitive massage.

I approach pain relief from a stance of working with your body, rather than trying to make it “do” something.

I believe that when you are deeply relaxed, your body can let go of sources of pain, opening the way to new patterns of movement and being.

Every session with me will involve gentle and soothing techniques, paired with precise and intuitive pain relief techniques when called for.
